Client
A large German telecommunications provider requires a targeted and technically oriented quality management of the complete IT systems and processes. The fixed network processes in the private and business customer area are to be considered.
Task
The further developments of the IT systems in the landline sector are quality assured in defined cycles (release containers) via the BusinessUserTest. STRANET AG prepares and manages the acceptance requirements and test implementation for both residential and business customers.
Challenge
The challenge here is the complex process and system world – taking into account the SAFe® model and tight scheduling. Due to the complex procedures that are processed across a large number of applications, the development use cases must be introduced into production in several different test cycles.
Solution
The use cases and the associated test plan are delivered with the defined releases. This is a combination of the waterfall model and SAFe®. The challenge lies in aligning the individual processes with this. Taking all these parameters into account, the test requirements are established and the framework is created so that quality assurance can run smoothly and purposefully.
